FIRST APPEARANCE: I was using my PC when all out of sudden my screen gone black and the only thing I could do was press the case restart button. As windows were booting up, the loading animation froze. Windows couldn't boot up.

A day later I decided to reinstall windows using the installation media. Windows booted normally and I thought that my pc would be fine. I installed every available windows update and then I attempted to install CPU (AMD Ryzen 3400g) and GPU (AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT) drivers. As the drivers were getting installed my screen gone black again. Windows couldn't boot up.

*I installed Windows again but I didn't attempt to download any driver*

At some point I realized that in the device manager my graphics card didn't exist. Instead, there was a "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" active. I opened Direct X diagnostic tool and my graphics card wasn't there.

I thought that it could be a PCIe problem but it's not because when I attempt to install CPU drivers my pc crashes as well.
