I've seen a recurring pattern over the last couple days. I'll leave my PC afk, come back like 20-30 minutes, and all of a sudden windows will be at 15fps. A couple minutes of usage and it'll disappear. This issue has randomly popped up since like a week ago.The monitor OSD claims 165hz, windows display settings claims 165hz, and the mouse will look normal too. But everything else, moving my browser around my desktop, watching a video, scrolling, everything other than my mouse, will be at 15fps.
