Windows 11 Windows Error Code: 0x80073712

Every time I try to install the following update ( 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310), I keep getting the same error code. I've ran troubleshoot and have performed the following commands on command prompt:DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Scanhealth” and “DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/RestorehealthAt first I thought I was getting somewhere because it said the system scanned corrected the problem but when I tried reinstalling I got the same error message again.
