I have a persistent error with Windows Explorer. I have several different symptoms: -- when I try to open explorer using WIN+E I get an "Application Not Found" error. -- I cannot open the File Explorer in any way: same error -- I cannot open Control Panel: same error with a code saying ::{226EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0 -- when I open a new command prompt using CMD in administrator mode, and try to use standard command, I get a "command not recognized..." error message. I cannot switch directories or drives. I am running Windows 11 Pro, version 21H2, OS build 22000.2588. My compu
