Windows 11 Windows Explorer Crash constantly when attempting to open explorer window

When clicking the explorer icon, explorer.exe crashes and restarts.Attempted the context menu regedits, sfc scannow, dism online commands all to no avail.Also tested deleting the automatic destinations using powershell commands, it ran and deleted the folder but issue remains.Was on the last latest version of Windows 11, updated to 23H2 and error still occurs.Faulting application name: explorer.exe, version: 10.0.22621.2715, time stamp: 0x29e0887dFaulting module name: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.dll, version: 3.1.4.0, time stamp:
