Windows 11 Windows explorer crashes and Edge is denied access to websites.

Since the latest Windows update, I must restart the Windows Explorer program a couple of times a day. (My screen background is black until I restart Explorer.)I also have trouble visiting websites. I am able to get to a site, but when I try to log in, I get an error message saying that I am denied access. Edge could not find the server. I try other browsers but get the same error. Then I am unable to even go to the site's homepage. Edge can't even open sites from the MSN homepage.I delete all the history, but that doesn't help. I have to restart my PC. That helps occasionally.
