Windows 11 Windows Explorer keeps failing, wallpaper consistently goes all black

Just started happening a couple of days ago. Any time I maximize any tab, my wallpaper goes all black and stays like that for a while until it reverts back to normal or if I restart task for Windows Explorer in Task Manager.Any idea what could be going wrong? Restarting the task is just a temporary (actually very short) solution as it goes all black again seconds after the task has been restarted.
