Windows 11 Windows Explorer not restarting

Three days ago, I restarted the Windows Explorer through the Task Manager. After that, I was shocked when all of the icons on the taskbar dissapeared. Also the start menu and right clicking on the screen didn't function. Thinking that It was just a bug, I shut down my PC. The following day, I turned on the PC but after I logged in, a black screen with cursor appears but Windows Explorer is running on the Task Manager. I did many tutorials to fix this, but nothing worked. Is there any way to fix this?
