Windows 11 Windows Explorer scrolling to top / bottom automatically

Hi,I am having a problem with Windows 11. Recently, whenever I open explorer it scrolls to the bottom of the page automatically and nothing I do with my mouse or keyboard stops it. I have cleaned my mouse, disconnected and reconnected it and then replaced it with a new mouse entirely - same problem. I have disconnected the keyboard and it still has the same problem - it doesn't respond to 'scroll lock' on the keyboard either. I have done a clean boot and it still happens. I've updated Windows 11, run an antivirus and it still happens.When I restart windows, even the date that shows on the scre
