Windows 11 "Windows failed to Start" critical error item

Windows 11 23H2 22631.3810 OEM with optional updates on.Does anyone know why Windows would generate a critical error on this system?Control Panel>Security and Maintenance>Maintenance>View Reliability History...Error recorded was that "Windows failed to start because of a problem with the hard disk" However Windows did start.This system has 4 NVME drives, and an SSD drive. I have no hard disks attached to this system. So why would Windows say that I have a problem with my hard disk when I have none attached?
