Windows 10 Windows Fails to boot

My pc (windows 10) started giving boot errors, but everytime it restarted it managed to boot. Now its asking for recovery tools whoch I dont have, and I need a pc because I run a business. I tried to reset the BIOS to no avail. What do I do?
