Windows 11 Windows Fax and scan for Windows 11

After the upgrade to Windows 11, Windows Fax and scan tries to print instead of fax. After htting the send button within the new fax window it brings up the printer menu. Then cancelling the print, this message appears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Fax multipled times.Fax is listed as a printer. Diag from windows 11 Before the force upgrade to win11. Windows fax worked perfectly. Its not the modem. I placed the modem on a win10 laptop and it faxes correctly.Regards
