hello,I've recently been trying to block the internet connection for the Opera Browser but it doesn't seem to be working at all. I went through the advanced settings on the windows firewall and set an outbound rule to block the connection for Opera. I noticed two files in the directory: the "opera" file and the "launcher" file. At first, I only blocked the opera file but when that didn't work I blocked both files, which led to nothing either. I tested this method of blocking the connection on a different browser, and it worked perfectly fine, but for the Opera browser, it seems to bypass the o
