Windows 10 windows freezes almost immediately after closing any resource heavy game/app (especially BeamNG drive)

so this problem started about 2 weeks ago and its been really bothering me every time i wanna play a different game. this problem never happened before i updated my pc and since then my computer always went into a limbo state of a system crash and always blue screened if i tried to turn off my pc.my specs are:Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (10.0, Build 19045) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz 6/12 Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
