Windows 11 Windows freezes randomly for about 4 seconds before going back to normal.

It randomly freezes, sometimes at the time of startup, or when I am playing some game, or I am doing anything else. It seems like my mouse works kind of but doesn't show the input, since after the freeze my cursor skips some distance. During this time, my audio lags, and my keyboard has delayed inputs like the mouse too.
