Windows 11 Windows Game Bar Recording Options Greyed Out

Hello, I am trying to record a game on my Windows 11 Laptop with Xbox Game Bar but the recording options in the Capture window are all greyed out. Here is a screenshot of the Capture window in Xbox Game Bar: I have changed registry settings to enable GameDVR but that didn't seem to do anything. I also tried checking the Xbox Game Bar settings for recording and I enabled the recording option but it's still greyed out. I have also repaired and reset the Xbox Game Bar app through settings but it didn't work and I don't know what to do.
