Windows 11 Windows goes to lock screen after 2 minutes. I have tried EVERYTHING!

Please help me get the lock screen to only activate after 15 minutes of inactivity! Good day. Here is the scenario I have tried everything I can find to get the computers in our organization not to lock after 2 minutes of inactivity. I have tried the following. 1) Run: MSConfig > hide all Microsoft services and disable the rest. I then rebooted.2) I used the registry edits to enable advanced power settings and increased all the power settings I could a) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99\8EC4B3A5-6868-48c2-BE75-4F3
