Windows 11 Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) Experiencing this after a power outage on my Bluetooth device

Recent power outage turned off my pc while it was in use. Bluetooth was working beforehand. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling and updating drivers to no avail.
