Windows 10 Windows hello cannot recognize my other camera after closed the lid of my laptop

I am using Dell Latitude 5550, widows version is 22H2 win 10.My current setting is using dell dock to connect with laptop with the lid closed. I am using external screen and camera. Windows hello can only use my laptop camera even with lid closed and other infrared camera existed.
