Windows 11 Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint Unavailable

I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga, but when I try to set it up Windows Hello Face and Fingerprint, it says "This option is currently unavailable",Below, it says "We couldn’t find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint ".I've troubleshooted my device, and I have the latest Windows updates. I don't think it has any virus or bug because i recently just bought it. Thanks for any help I get!
