Windows 11 Windows Hello Facial Stopped Working

I have Windows 11 Home v23H2 OS build 22631.4037 on a Surface Pro 8. Windows Hello Facial Recognition has quit working sometime after installing 2 Windows Updates on 8/14/2024:2024-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5041585)2024-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5042099)I have tried to use the "Improve recognition" feature several times.I Get to the first window "Welcome to Windows Hello" and see both buttons at the bottom "Get started" and "Cancel".
