Dear All,
I am running a Dell Vostro 15 inch machine with Windows 10 Home Edition 64 bit.
This is a new machine , used only 30 days from date of purchase .
To start off with I had suffered BOOT issue .The machine gets stuck at Dell Logo.
Got delayed Dell Tech support . The engineer mentioned this was due to CMOS failure
and restarted the machine. Conducted Bios Diagnostics and all OK !
However issue surfaced post above CMOS correction : Now I am unable to use WINDOWS HELLO login
options such as Fingerprint & PIN .
I have done following steps :
1) Tried setting up PIN and Fingerprint from Settings . No effect.
2) Have run sfc / scannow & DSIM commands in CMD . all Ok with no errors.
3) Done OS reset (keeping file) . Result ineffective.
Would request a Microsoft technician to look into the matter.
