I'm using lenovo ideapad 3 and after the recent windows update on 13 October 2023, my fingerprint no longer works. On my lockscreen, trying to sign in with my fingerprint does not work, it keeps saving invalid fingerprint. So following online guides i tried to remove and add back my fingerprint. Removing it went fine but now i can't add back a fingerprint. When i to add one, it starts out and ask for my pin and afterwards when it tells me to touch and lift my finger, it does not register and keeps telling me "your device is having trouble recognizing you, try again".
