Hello! My Windows Hello Fingerprint has been working fine for the past few years I've had my Windows device, but it suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to use it, the system shows me "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later."I tried following the solutions from Microsoft Office Support (for reference, it was to 1. disable and re-enable the fingerprint scanner, 2. check for updates for the fingerprint scanner, 3. check power management settings, 4. restart services), but still nothing.
