Dear all,
We have activated Windows Hello so that users can sign in with a Pin code.
Therefore now we have 2 issues.
1 - Windows hello has created a "Virtual Smart Card" and we're unable to authenticate correctly on websites who requires our real smart card.
How can we get rid of this Virtual smart card? "deactivate at all"?
2 - Now when user sign in on Windows, the network drives are mapped with a red cross when double-cliking we get a prompt to insert the pin code... so the workaround is to connect with another method..
When they click on the drive, they get a prompt to connect, must choose another method and enter their login and password to have access to the files.
Could someone help on this matter?
Many thanks,
Gustavo
