Windows 10 Windows ICS from PC to Wi-Fi access point via Ethernet - help!

Hi, I have a Wi-Fi access point connected to my PC via ethernet. My PC is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi. I would like the access point to be able to connect to the internet via ICS from my Wi-Fi connection to my PC.No matter what I do, the ethernet port to the access point reports as "Unidentified Network" and has no internet connection, no IPv4 or IPv6 addresses either.I have restarted many times, windows is up to date and I'm using new/modern hardware. Any help would be so very greatly appreciated.Thanks.
