Windows 11 Windows II Pro 23H3 - Xbox Wireless Adapter for Elite Series II suddenly stopped pairing and nothing works to fix it after reinstalling drivers!!!

As the title says - I have been over every single trouble shooting guide within this forum of Microsoft, also Reddit and Steam - you name it, ive read and followed them all it relates to trying to get my Elite Series II controller to re-pair (it was fine a week ago and worked perfectly for the last year since i bought the Elite Series II) with my Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows, and nothing will get it to work again and pair with the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. This is my second Elite Series II over the years and they have both worked fine until what ever update stuffed up the paring
