Windows 11 Windows installer service does not allow me to install applications

I use Windows 11 for some setups such as Mysql 8 I cannot install. The system tells me that another installation is in progress and the one I started goes into error.Checking windows services I see that microsft installer is started in manual mode and there is no way to terminate it. Also, among the active processes I could see that the executable nsiexec.exec is started but does not perform any operations. I have noticed this behaviour on several Lenovo computers running Windows 11 for different applications to be installed.How can I solve the problem if I cannot disable or stop the service?
