Windows 11 Windows Installer Service stuck on Manual Start with Windows 11 - How to enable to automatic?

Hi,Just installed the KB5025305 Cumulative update this morning to try and resolve this issue but no dice. Certain apps have been crashing recently and I reset the PC - SketchUp Devs couldn't figure it out so that was their recommendation. Reinstalled things and noticed this week that the exe installers changed to "windows installer package" instead and were not showing the proper icons. After some digging I found some Windows Installer Service and RegEdit info. Opened up services.msc and noticed that the Windows Installer is set to manual activation and I cannot change it to automatic. On
