Windows 11 Windows is detecting my and my partner's PC location as China

We've just moved into a new flat and we've both encountered the problem that on all desktop devices, windows is automatically setting time zone to Beijing and then within edge any maps application (google maps) is detecting location as China. Both region and language is still set to United Kingdom and English, but it still defaults location wise to China.We contacted the internet provider and they couldn't help, and both the primary and secondary ip addresses when searched show as our rough location within the UK.
