A bug in windows operating system deleted the pin from my PC and I have tried everything I can to log in but I have to wait 30 days to receive a new pin. I contacted support and they said my pin would be reactivated in less than an hour, it's been eight hours since then. Then I spent 6 hours waiting in line to talk to another representative and then I get stuck on "starting the chat" for two more hours. Only after creating a new account could I contact another support member and i was told "this issue is better suited for a member of our tech support team, I will add one to the chat. hope you
