Windows 11 Windows is not able to shutdown or Restart.

Recently when I try to shutdown or restart my pc it doesn't work. It just gets stuck on the restarting or the shutting down screen and requires a force-shutdown by holding the power button to actually turn off. I've tried checking for viruses and disabled all unused startup apps but nothing has worked. I am running version 22h2 (OS build 23492.1000). The only error I got in the windows logs is in the image provided.
