Windows 11 Windows isn’t allowing to install the app downloaded from web

I have downloaded an app on my lenovo LOQ laptop from chrome but whlie installing the windows pops up saying you should download it from microsoft and its not running as administration i also have changed the settings to anywhere still it isn’t working
