Windows 11 Windows keeps on hanging for short periods of time

Good day,I'm not sure how to proceed with this behaviour. Every now and then Windows suddenly just hangs up, sometime for up to a minute.By hanging up I do not mean the normal freeze where you can't do anything but rather a state where some things are still able to be moved/clicked/searched around but not everything is responding as it should.For example during a freeze/hang period:The task manager can't be opened however I can right click on the task bar and click on "Task Manager" but nothing happensCommands which I try to execute on CMD does not work.
