Windows 11 Windows key doesnt work on keyboard but everything else works on the keyboard.

Hi I'm on Windows 11 Home and the version is 23H2. Unfortunately, I'm having a issue I've never experienced before. The issue is when I try and use the windows key on my keyboard it doesn't work but everything else on the keyboard works perfectly fine.I hope you can help me fix this problem if you do I gladly appreciate it.King Regards,Saint Reins
