Windows 11 windows license will not activate

Gets message:Enter your product key to activate Windows. Error code: 0xc004FC07Activation state shows: Not activeI dont know how the product key was lostI need help from customer service to activate and add the product key back again because this HP Elitebook came with the windows license previously.
