Error installing Windows Live sign-in assistant 6.5

I bought some years the GTA IV, and when I had to install installed after the paqueteria of live msn, finishing the game started and entered my account ID

Currently in doing the same steps on my computer asks me to install the Windows Live sign-in assistant 6.5 but after installation tells me the following

Sign in assistant windows live setup wizard prematurely enden

and the problem is that it does not let me to play now and then if
