My son has a child account for many years. His profile is used n multiple devices (less than 5) as well as on xbox. He is 18 now and recently got his own machine. He installed the machine using his Outlook email and it built him as admin (no local account). After a recent update he is unable to connect to any Microsoft service (including email). If he tries to make a change it prompts for parental control, however I never get an email.
