Windows 10 Windows Magnifier- Docked Mode

Hello,


I have been attempting to use the windows magnifier and the docked mode isn't working. Each of the other modes work perfectly fine, but every time I try to use the docked one, it just pulls up a window that stays black. Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck using the other forms of windows magnifier?
