Windows 7 Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file.

I shall be very grateful for quick help as I have to give a video for a very urgent assignment. I shot two videos from my smartphone yesterday and transferred the mp4 files to my PC having Widows 7. I had saved both files in a folder on desktop of PC. Both video files opened and worked fine with Media Player. Then I cut pasted the folder containing both files to my F drive on hard disk where I keep photos and videos. When I tried to play the videos there, surprisingly one file works fine, the other when opened says "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file". I have tried PC restart in safe mode and NetFix for Media Player as suggested by some. I did not solve. Please Help !!!!!
