I have a Asus windows mixed reality and it was working ok some time and then i got the error code 4-1, it happened while i was using it. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in and i got an error that said "USB not recognized"
and so i checked my device manager to check if something was wrong and there was a USB that was named "unknown USB device(port Reset failed)
I clicked on it and it said it had a error code 43, I tried disabling it and enabling it and deleting it and unplugging it before restarting and it didn't work and to be sure it wasn't the VR, i tried using it on my friends PC and it was working fine.
