Windows 11 Windows Mixed Realty Couldn't Install After Windows Update

After installing a windows update on September 15 2023, when I would open the Windows Mixed Reality portal, it would show this screen. After uninstalling MRP and going through the download, after reaching 100% it would go back to this screen. I'm 99% sure that the windows update caused this, as I was able to use MRP up until the next time I booted my PC after a windows update.
