Windows 11 Windows not booting, stuck on manufacturer’s screen or automatic repair.

Hi I’m having a really weird issue with my PC with Windows 11. Every time I try to boot it either gets stuck on “Tuf Gaming” screen or it goes into automatic repair and gets stuck on a black screen there. I’ve tried forcing it into WRE by turning it on and off or using hotkeys, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t want to have to reinstall apps or delete files. Please help if you can!!
