I have a issue that I have not been able to fix. My Phone Link window is not being brought to the foreground if it is already open. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Phone Link 2. Open another window of some sort (e.g. Notepad) and place it on top of the Phone Link window so it becomes buried . 3. Open the start menu, Search for Phone Link, and hit enter. I expect the Phone Link window to be brought to the front again, but it is not. I end up having to alt tab through the myriad of windows I have open to find my Phone Link app. I can also bring the Phone Link app to the foreground again
