Windows 10 Windows Not Recognizing my PS4 Controller after Blue screen

I was playing a game meanwhile i've gotten a blue screen. After that DS4-Windows and Device Manager doesnt recognize my controller anymore. Even if i plug it in im not able to reinstall my drivers. My controller "Wireless Controller" was always in in the "Sound, video and game controllers". The "Wireless Controller" after i pressed view hidden deviced appeared but it was grey. Unfortunately i cannot insert a image because theres an error.
