Windows 11 windows not working properly

hello, and thank you in advance for answering my question, lately i have had an issue where apps that i have on my pc (including windows apps sometimes) don't launch if i open them normally and if i run them as administrator they may open and work as intended this problem has been increasing gradually and spreading to more and more apps
