Windows 10 Windows only showing 2 restore points. Plenty of spece left.

I've been uninstalling lots of programs and so have been making lots of restore points as a safety measure. But when I checked, there were only 2, and no button on bottom left to show more. I checked the configure settings, and I have it set to use up to 11GB. And it says it's currently only using 500MB. So clearly there's plenty of room, so why would it be deleting older restore points right now? Thank you!
