I bought a new laptop for my son. In start up Microsoft asked for parental permission. I went as instructed and gave permission with my account but i received error message "Something's not working It's not you, it's us". I did it many times, from my Son's laptop, from my laptop, with different browsers, in different times, but it does not work. Now, we cannot even enter to the laptop which we've just purchased, and my son was waiting for it for a long time. Please modify it and guide as what shall we do ??
