For the last couple of months, about every 20 minutes, Windows pauses.Symptoms:>Windows goes into a state where it takes a full minute to launch any task. >No applications can be started, including Task Manager>Creating a new browser tab pauses.>There is a wait circle when hovering mouse over the task bar or any icon.>Already invoked applications continue running, but anything that requires creation of a new task pauses for a minute. >After about a minute, everything unfreezes and all requests initiated during the pause are instantly executed.Task Manager shows:>Almost no
