A few weeks ago, I was working on something until out of nowhere my computer froze and the error screen popped up. When it disappeared, my computer then wanted me to insert a device to boot or something along the lines of that. This was the second time my pc did this and I had a feeling that I needed to get a bigger main drive, so we did just that. We plugged the new drive in and tried recovering windows, but for some reason we weren't able to, making us having to re download another copy. Is there a way that I can retrieve my old copy's product key or do i have to buy another copy.
